Groups with ‘Spare’ in the name are not displayed to Volunteer Supervsors. Changing the name to something not including the word ‘Spare’ will make them visible.

You can therefore develop new Groups but only make them visible to Volunteer Supervisors by taking ‘Spare’ out of the name when they are completed.

Equally, by inserting ‘Spare’ somewhere in the name you can hide a group from Volunteer Supervisors.
